Capilla del Señor S.A. (CDS) is a family business company. The connection to primary production oriented to Premium quality milk contributes to the origins of this entirely argentine dairy industry.

Working on the farm while having a future-oriented vision allowed the improvement of all productive areas related to innovative and unconventional techniques in dairy cattle, convenient farming practices, premises design, milking equipment and work commitment among all involved parties aiming at achieving a reliable and better product and preserving and assuring natural qualities of raw material.

Design and construction of a dairy industrial plant satisfying all sanitary and hygienic regulations described in the Argentine Food Code (AFC), the Agro-Food Health and Quality National Service (SENASA) and the European Economic Community (EEC) was accomplished.

In April, 2005 the company started building the industrial plant and in August, 2006 the production process of 5,000 liters of milk a day began. This volume contributed to optimize the production system thus allowing to progressively adjusting the unique characteristics of quality products.

In February 2007, CDS began to develop new products and markets in the pursuit of increasing and diversifying supply of dairy products. Consequently, the production process increased to 20,000 liters of milk a day.

In November 2007, as a result of a sustainable growing international demand in dairy products, CDS began export operations consolidating its presence in overseas markets. Raw material process increased to 50,000 liters of milk per day in order to satisfy product growing demands and to meet sanitary requirements of international markets.
